When it's time to get work done and launch an email campaign, we want to leave the tedious, repetitive tasks to automation so that we can focus on creative ideas and experimentation that often get pushed aside.
With Stripo, marketers and designers gain access to powerful tools that simplify the entire email production process. This article walks you through Stripo’s key features that are specifically designed to speed up email creation without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. Whether you're a solo marketer or part of a global team, these features are built to enhance your workflow. Let’s dive in.
Accelerate email production with smart tools and content modules
Stripo helps teams accelerate email creation by reducing repetitive work. With reusable content modules, auto-generated product cards, and template-level styles, you can spend less time formatting layouts or moving content between tools to ensure that your emails not only go out faster, but also reflect your brand accurately.
Define styles once, then use them throughout the template
Stripo lets you define General Styles to speed up design and ensure visual consistency within a specific email. Instead of styling each element manually, you can set default formatting for entire groups (e.g., stripes, headings, and buttons) right in the general settings.
For example, you can specify font type, content background color, or line height for stripes, or define button color and corner radius. These settings will automatically apply across the template when you add a new block/element to your email.
We recommend applying General Styles before you start working on a template. This way, each newly created element will automatically inherit the correct attributes. If you modify General Styles after the template is built, it may affect layouts of structures with multiple elements. For example, elements may "slide down" due to increased font size.
Design emails faster with reusable content modules
Stripo’s modular email design saves you time and effort when working with recurring elements. Instead of recreating layouts from scratch, you can simply drag and drop prebuilt modules into your email template. These can include common elements like logos, headers, menus, banners, product cards, and contact information, among others.
Components like headers, footers, or contact blocks tend to remain consistent from campaign to campaign. Others, such as product cards, might require updates (like product names, prices, or descriptions). Still, core formatting choices — such as image size, font styles, button formatting, and text alignment — remain intact because they were configured before the module was saved.
Once you create or edit a module, you can store it in your personal or team library for future use. For teams working across multiple projects, modules can be moved or copied between projects within the same organization. You also can set access roles to control who can view or edit modules, preventing unauthorized changes across teams or client projects.
Build product cards with Smart Elements
With Stripo’s Smart Elements, you can build custom product cards with just a few clicks. Instead of manually uploading images, copying descriptions, and adding links, simply paste a product URL from your website. Stripo will automatically pull up the product image, name, price, and description — and even insert the correct link into your call-to-action button.
To get started, you first need to configure internal and external rules that tell Stripo how to extract and map content from your product pages. This is a one-time setup. After that, any time you use Smart Elements, you’ll just paste in the product link with no additional configuration needed.
(With Smart Elements, Stripo automatically pulls up product images, names, prices, and descriptions from your website)
Maintain brand consistency across every email
Maintaining brand consistency is crucial for building recognition and trust. Stripo’s Brand Guidelines Kit speeds up email production by giving your team a ready-made reference on design standards, reusable components, and visual assets based on your previous campaigns.
Brand Guidelines Kit
Stripo’s Brand Guidelines Kit is a tool that compiles information from past email campaigns into a comprehensive resource for your projects. The selected template’s styles serve as the primary design in the generated PDF document. The kit includes:
- detailed template guidelines, including attributes for each element, such as font size and type, and text and button colors, among others;
- content modules;
- brand assets;
- results from emails tested using the email rendering tool.
With defined styles and assets in one place, your emails will reflect your brand’s look and tone consistently. Instead of guessing which design elements to use, your team can pull directly from the kit. This centralized reference for your visual identity simplifies onboarding for new designers, while templates and modules linked to your brand kit make it easy for even non-designers to create brand-aligned emails.
Finally, marketing agencies can link brand guidelines to specific projects in Stripo to avoid confusion between designs for different brands.
To create a new kit, head to the Brand Guidelines tab, select a project, choose your templates, and optionally add any custom files you’d like to include in the guidelines. Your kit will be ready to use in minutes.

Brand Palette
Now that your brand guidelines are defined, you also can save your brand colors for immediate use in your templates.
You can create a brand color palette for a specific project in your account’s Style Options. Once set, any user can apply these colors when creating emails within that project. Furthermore, every Stripo user can add frequently used colors to “My Palette” even if these colors aren't part of the general brand palette.
(Brand Palette simplifies color use by giving you quick access to your approved brand colors)
AI features in Stripo
Stripo’s built-in AI tools make it easy to create entire email sequences — as well as create and polish email content, subject lines, and visuals — without leaving the editor.
Automate email creation with Stripo’s AI Hub
The AI Hub is a dedicated space in your Stripo account where you can generate email messages using AI. It supports both standalone emails and complete sequences tailored to your goals — whether it's a webinar series, onboarding flow, or product update.
To use it, you first configure your brand settings such as name, logo, website, and tone of voice. Then, you submit a prompt describing your campaign or audience. The AI Hub generates a draft structure, which you can edit and refine, then ultimately produces a complete email design ready to be added to your project.
Edit copy and subject lines with built-in AI tools
Within some companies, email marketers write the email copy themselves, so AI can be helpful for checking grammar or turning raw ideas into a coherent message.
Stripo's generative AI features provide you with a variety of creative text options to make paragraphs, subject lines, and hidden preheaders even more eye-catching:
- In a text block, you can use AI to generate content from a prompt or enhance what you’ve already written with quick instructions like “fix grammar,” “make shorter,” or “explain as an expert.” You can also adjust tone of voice to make your copy more optimistic, assertive, formal, or friendly.
- Stripo's AI can enhance content across multiple text elements within a single smart module, like a product card or event announcement. This type of module-wide optimization not only reduces manual edits and clicks, but also helps maintain consistency and eliminate repetitive phrasing.
- Even more AI editing options are available for subject lines. When you go to Message Settings and type in a subject line idea, AI can enhance it using Cialdini's principles of persuasion, such as social proof, attractiveness, authority, or scarcity. Finally, you can generate a hidden preheader based on the email content or subject line.
Generate images with AI
Stripo helps email marketing teams and content creators build product visuals, seasonal banners, and custom graphics faster. With AI-powered image generation from DALL-E, Gemini, and GPT-Image-1 built directly into the editor, there’s no need to switch between tools.
In your email template, simply drag in an image or banner block, select the “AI Image” option, and provide a detailed description of what you want to appear. You also can choose from a range of visual styles and themes — such as realism, pixel art, or cyberpunk — to better match your brand aesthetics, campaign tone, or audience preferences.
Generate ALT text with AI
Stripo makes it easier to remain compliant and accessible with AI-generated ALT text. The system analyzes images and suggests relevant descriptions, helping you maintain best practices without manual effort.
Build interactive emails faster with no code
Interactive content boosts email engagement, but building it from scratch can be time-consuming. With Stripo’s ready-to-use blocks, modules, and intuitive generator, you can launch interactive, brand-consistent emails without needing a developer. Let’s take a closer look.
Interactive Module Generator
If you want to add some fun and boost engagement, use Stripo’s Interactive Module Generator — a free tool within the Stripo ecosystem. While the tool connects to your Stripo account, having one isn’t required. You can save generated modules directly to your workspace or have both the interactive and fallback versions sent to your email.
The generator also lets you customize the module’s appearance and add your own images through the UI.
It creates three versions within a single module:
- AMP for email clients that support it (mainly Gmail and Yahoo);
- HTML5 & CSS3 for clients like Apple Mail and Samsung Mail;
- a fallback version for email clients that don’t support interactive elements at all.
This ensures that interactive modules display correctly across all inboxes. Around 90% of recipients will see the interactive content directly, while the remaining 10% will either view a static fallback (text and images) or be automatically redirected to a web version of the email, where they still can experience the interactive features.
(The Interactive Module Generator is a standalone, highly customizable tool for creating complex email mechanics)
A collection of interactive modules
Stripo offers interactive modules and mini-games that you can customize to match your brand style and campaign goals.
We’re talking about features like:
- image carousels with autoplay;
- feedback forms and surveys;
- questionnaires;
- memory games.
You can find these in the "Structures and Modules" menu and then simply drag them into your email layout.
AMP-powered blocks
Stripo offers AMP-enhanced blocks — such as carousels, forms, and accordions — to make your emails more interactive. These ready-to-use elements require no coding skills.
However, these blocks only render in email clients that support AMP technology, so you’ll need to create fallback versions for recipients whose email clients don’t support AMP. Check out our guides on how to add AMP carousels, forms, and accordions to your template and how to build effective fallbacks.
Collaborate on email design with real-time editing, smart sharing, and faster approvals
Email design rarely happens in isolation and often involves input from designers, writers, and customers. Stripo makes collaboration simple by offering real-time coediting, flexible sharing options, and a built-in commenting system. Whether you're gathering internal feedback or coordinating with external teams, these features help you keep everyone aligned.
Real-time coediting
If multiple people are working on the same email, Stripo allows them to collaborate in real time and track one another’s actions.
In addition to real-time collaboration, Stripo automatically saves version histories. You get a detailed log of all edits, indicating who made changes and when. Not only can you track updates, but you also can restore previous versions with a single click.
Flexible sharing options
With Stripo, you can share email designs in ways that make reviewing and commenting easier than ever, even for people without a Stripo account. Here are the live collaboration preview options available:
- landing page view allows you to share your email as a stand-alone web page;
- expanded view displays both desktop and mobile previews so teammates can see how the email renders on different devices instantly;
- collaborative view lets viewers see real-time updates and leave comments directly within the preview;
- custom view lets you configure how teammates and external users can view and interact with the email preview.
(Sharing options let users view both desktop and mobile previews, see real-time layout updates, and leave comments directly on the email design)
Among these, Collaborative and Custom views are the most flexible, reshaping how we collaborate on email design. We identified several scenarios in which these sharing options are particularly useful:
- If your marketing campaigns involve multiple departments — such as legal, content, design, or development — Stripo’s sharing options make it easy for everyone to review and comment without needing a Stripo account:
- legal teams can review disclaimers and compliance content;
- content writers can review tone, grammar, and messaging in context;
- designers can suggest final visual adjustments;
- HTML coders can review the rendered output to ensure correct layout and responsiveness.
- You can share an email template with an external designer or customer to receive comments and suggestions on design improvements.
- Translators and localization agencies can leave feedback on readability or cultural relevance without needing access to the email editor.
- If you’re an email design or full-cycle marketing agency, you can collect client feedback or approvals without requiring that clients create a Stripo account.
The commenting system keeps everyone in the loop
Stripo has a commenting system similar to Google Docs, in which you can leave comments anywhere in the email, assign tasks, and track feedback from your team.
Stripo's notification feature simplifies the email approval process by reducing delays and ensuring that no feedback goes unnoticed:
- when someone comments on an email you created, you’ll automatically receive a notification. If you’re actively working in the editor when someone leaves a comment, you’ll see the notification right in Stripo. If you're not online or haven’t seen the comment, you’ll get an email notification instead;
- if a comment is assigned to a specific teammate, they’ll be notified as well.
Slack notifications also are coming soon, in which comments will appear right where your team already communicates, making feedback even faster and easier to manage.
Export as a high-quality PDF or image
While not the most advanced feature, exporting an email as a PDF or image can be a practical way to review and approve designs, particularly in more traditional workflows.
Some teams prefer to print the design and mark up changes by hand. Others might use static exports for archiving approved versions, sharing visuals in presentations, or attaching them to approval chains in internal tools like Slack, Trello, or Jira.
Whether for offline reviews or broader team visibility, exporting an email as a static file is a quick way to share designs without needing to log in.
(Exporting as a high-quality PDF or image is useful for offline layout reviews and archiving approved versions)
Use Stripo’s email translation features
Creating multilingual emails manually is time-consuming and error-prone, but Stripo does the work for you. You design just one email, and Stripo automatically generates all the necessary language versions for you. It’s the fastest way to reach a global audience with consistent, localized messages.
In addition to automatically translating text into over 100 major languages, Stripo also lets you upload translated content manually.
First, you activate the Localization option for your project and select the target languages. Next, you go to your template, click the language icon in the top panel, and choose the Translate with Google option. The template will be updated with the selected languages, allowing you to manage all versions within a single document.
If you’re using services that offer human translation, Stripo provides an automatically generated Excel or JSON file containing the template’s original content, including blank fields for translations. Once the file is filled with translations, you can re-upload it to the editor, and your localized emails will be ready to use.
You can switch between languages directly within the template and export all versions with a single click.
(Stripo automatically translates your email content into over 100 languages)
Integrations with ESPs and email clients
Stripo connects with more than 80 ESPs and CDPs, including Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, and Klaviyo. Even if your preferred marketing platform isn’t on the list, you still can export to any CRM via Zapier or Webhook. Exporting to Gmail or Outlook also is supported.
Setting up multiple integrations under a single account is particularly useful for agencies with clients using a variety of ESPs.
Wrapping up
Regardless of your team’s size, Stripo’s features are built to reduce manual work, enhance collaboration, and help you deliver high-quality emails faster. With smart AI tools, reusable content modules, interactive content generators, and centralized brand assets, you can focus more on creativity and less on repetitive tasks.
