How does it work?

This is very simple. Template ordering process consists of several steps:

Step 1: Template order

You fill out a template ordering form where write in your contact information, brief information on the particular features of your marketing campaign, and your wishes regarding the template to be built for you. To the order form, attach the files with the design — in case you have them — which will serve as the basis for a new template design.

Step 2: Payment for the order

Once you have filled out the template ordering form, our specialists will get acknowledged with the order details and will ask you some specifying questions, if needed. After approvement, the invoice for your template will be formed. The invoice will be sent to your email address specified in the order form. The invoice validation is 24 hours since it has been sent out.

Step 3: Template creation and delivery

Once you have paid for your order, our specialists will get to create your template. The terms of the template creation will not extend the terms agreed in the order form. Once the order is completed, you will receive it via any of the two ways:

  • the template will be placed in your account with Stripo. In this case, the smart-elements will set and saved right in your Library of Modules in your account;
  • the template will be sent to your email address specified in the order form.
Will my template be responsive?

Responsiveness of templates, created with Stripo editor, is based on @media. Consequently, all the templates will be fully responsive on all the devices and email clients which support it. Along with the built templates, you will receive a link for the test results with Litmus. Thus, you will see the way your templates are displayed in most common email clients.

How can I receive my template?

There are two ways we can deliver the template:

  • locate it at your account with Stripo. In this case, along with the templates, the custom modules, including smart-elements, will be saved to your Library of Modules;
  • send as a ZIP- and HTML-file to your email address specified in the order form.
What are the payment methods?

The invoice, formed and sent to your email address, can be paid with any convenient for you method: either PayPal account or a debit Visa/Master Card. You can also pay the invoice via transferring the money to our account at the Bank of the USA — please, specify the preferred payment method in the Campaign brief field

What should I do if I don’t like the built template?

Please, contact us at contact@strpo.email with explanations what exactly you do not like about the template or what we should fix. We are open to a constructive dialogue and ready to make all the necessary changes to your template to make you completely satisfied.

When will I receive my template?

Your template will be created in accordance to the terms specified in the order form. The terms start at the payment date.

What are the smart-elements?

Read our blog for more detailed information about our smart-elements. In case you do not specify your website address, we will be able to set only internal mapping for your smart-elements.

Why does the text font differ from my website font or design?

In Stripo editor, there is a possibility to use all websafe fonts from the best email marketing practices. In case we have used custom fonts taken from your design in the built template (which are not from the websafe fonts list), we may not guarantee that your fonts will be displayed correctly in all email clients.

What am I to do if I don’t have the desired design?

No problem. Just insert the link to your website in the Campaign brief field, and we will create a template and all the basic modules in accordance to your website style. Promo templates samples are presented on our Templates page.

What brief information about my campaign should I mention?

Here, you should share all the information which can help us understand the client’s needs better, and create a maximum close to your expectations template. For example, what modules we should add, what fonts to use, your website address, and where we can find the appropriate color pallette.
