This domain does not send more than 5,000 emails per month. what is the solution
Hi Hanna, Our sole reason for using Stripo is to make our company's internal newsletter more interactive. Having said this, do you have experience sending AMP emails for internal purposes only and in a single email distro? Would you know if Google allows this?
Hi Glaiza. Thank you for your question. We use AMP both for internal and external newsletters. I can't really say if Google whitelists those companies that send AMP for internal use only. But we know for sure that Google does whitelist those who send about 1,000 emails a month. I truly hope you will succeed and you will get whitelisted with Google effortlessly. Best of luck!
Hi, we have already submitted the application for AMP whitelisting and are in 'waiting phase', is there any way to track the status of application? their documentation states this takes 5 days and the countdown is almost over now :/
Hello, Aditya. Unfortunately, there is no way to track your status. I would suggest that you reach out to Google ampforemail+registration@google.com if they do not update you on your status soon. (We waited for ours for two weeks). Sincerely wishing you the best of luck!
Got the confirmation today, we also received our 'email of happiness', Thanks Hanna :)
Aditya, I'm very happy to hear that. Thank you for sharing this great news. My sincere congratulations!
Got the confirmation today, we also received our 'email of happiness', Thanks Hanna :)
Hi, thanks a lot for this guide. I am in the process of following the steps to be able to send AMP mails. I just wanted to ask, do you by any chance know what Google considers to be bulk or high volume? We've been sending to our list of around 5000 users a few times a week for the past year. Thanks a lot for your help!
Luca, Hello. Unfortunately, I can't find link to this doc. But 5 000 emails a month sent from your domain should be enough. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for your domain should have been registered about three months before your submission for getting whitelisted. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. We wish you the best of luck!
Thanks Hanna, all clear now. Have a great day and keep up the great content :)
Just wanted to give an update on this, we've received our AMP registration from Google after only a few days waiting. Thanks again for the help!
Ohh that's amazing. Glad it worked. Thank you for the update, Luca. Hope you'll enjoy working with AMP :slightly_smiling_face: Sincerely wishing you happy sending!
Can this whitelisting process be applied to the likes of Apple mail and Yahoo too?
Hello, Josh. Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your question. As for Apple Mail, it does not support the AMP for Email technology yet. Gmail on iOS does support it, though. As for Yahoo, here's the step-by-step guide on how to get whitelisted with Yahoo. https://stripo.email/blog/how-to-get-allowed-to-send-amp-emails-to-yahoo-users/
Can I use my corporate company email?
Hello, Anjesh. Thank you for the question. Yes, you need to send a test email to Gmail title="ampforemail.whitelisting@gmail.com)" class="green-color">ampforemail.whitelisting@gmail.com) from your corporate account, the one you send bulk emails from. If approved, you will be able to send AMP emails to your clients from this email, too. Best of luck to you!
Thanks for this article. I have two question: 1. Can SAP Marketing Cloud send AMP emails? 2. What are the email providers that can receive this kind of emails?
Christian Agostino Dilorenzo, Thank you for your comments and your questions. 1. Unfortunately, SAP does not support AMP yet. But eSputnik, SparkPost, SendGrid, AWeber, and many others do. 2. Gmail (web version, and apps on Android and iOS), and Mail.ru (web version, and apps on Android and iOS) do support AMP now. Also, Yahoo Mail is going to support AMP in the short run. If you have any other questions on AMP, please feel free to ask them. We will be happy to assist.
Thank you so much for writing this article. Explains this process in a much easier to understand format than other articles we have read. We are trying to figure out how to help our customers that we build emails for get set up with this.
Mark, Thank you very much for your supportive feedback. If you have any questions, please ask. We'll be happy to assist.
