Product review feature for collecting feedback via emails and new integrations

In this article, I’ll share the updates and new features we’ve released this March. All of them are designed to make email production and team communication easier and faster.

1. New: Interactive product review for collecting customer feedback

Interactive product reviews let recipients rate products and share insights effortlessly within the email. And here’s the thing—when you make it easy, people are way more likely to share their thoughts. By streamlining the feedback process, you gain valuable insights into what your customers truly think, so you can enhance your future offers and keep them coming back for more.

2. New: Module Library page

If you’ve been with us for a while, you already know how much we love modular email design. It’s not just about keeping your emails consistent across all campaigns—it’s about making your life easier. From what our customers say, building an email from scratch usually takes around 2.5 hours. But with modules, you can get it done in just 30 minutes.

So, how do you build your modules? You can do it manually, sure. But why not make things simpler? Our Modules Library is meticulously organized to make your life easier. All modules are sorted by type: popular, features (like countdown timers or gamification), or by the part of the email to which they correspond (headers, footers, etc.).

Just browse through the library, pick the modules you like, hit “Open in Editor,” and boom—your module is in your account, ready to go. Just replace our product images and links with yours, and you’re good to go.

3. New: Integration with Sender

You asked, and we delivered! We’ve integrated with Sender.net, one of the most popular email marketing and omnichannel platforms, thanks to your requests. Now, as of this March, you can build your emails with Stripo and seamlessly push them to Sender.net for your upcoming campaigns—quick and hassle-free.

4. New: Bringing BlueSky to your emails

We all know that social media sections are practically a must-have in emails today. And let’s be honest, it’s getting harder to find people who aren’t on BlueSky. So, if you’ve got a BlueSky account and want to encourage your recipients to follow you, we’ve made it easier than ever.

Now, you can simply add a BlueSky icon to your emails through our “Socials” block. It’s quick and simple and helps you stay connected with your audience.

5. Improved: Choosing the language for generating email campaigns with the AI Assistant and more

We’ve already shared how our AI Assistant (AI Hub) can save you time and enhance your email-building process. As an innovative feature in the industry, we’re constantly refining it to bring you even more powerful capabilities.

With this March’s update to the AI Assistant, you can now:

  • choose the language you want your email generated in—no more language barriers;
  • track progress easily with a handy progress bar showing you how things are going at every step.

6. Improved: Commenting now gets to a whole new level

We’re a team ourselves, so we totally get how tricky and time-consuming the approval process can be. That’s why we keep improving this feature to make your workflow smoother and faster.

As of this March, our commenting feature comes with some cool enhancements:

  • you’ll get a notification email in your inbox when someone leaves a comment on your email, tags you, replies to your comment, or marks it as resolved. These notifications are sent hourly—but only if you haven’t seen the comments in the editor yet;

  • the email element being commented on gets highlighted, so you know exactly what everyone’s talking about—no more confusion;
  • and to make life even easier, you can sort comments however you like—from the first one at the top to the most relevant one at the bottom or the other way around.

7. Improved: Your account’s seamless mobile experience 

We’ve ensured full responsiveness for all tables in the mobile version of our product. This means tables and folders now display beautifully and function smoothly on mobile screens—making your experience seamless, no matter the device.

You can now track your changes, performance, stats, and more, everywhere—including your smartphone.

8. Improved: More users for the Basic plan

We heard you! You can now invite even more teammates to your projects for smoother collaboration and joint efforts. We’ve increased the number of additional members you can purchase for the Basic plan to six.

Whether you’re working on a big campaign or just need a few extra hands, we’ve got you covered. 

Plans for the near future

Beyond these updates, we’re already cooking up some exciting new features to make your email experience even better. Here’s what’s coming next:

1. Live collaborative preview

Live collaborative preview lets external users comment on and view real-time email edits through a shared link. They can provide feedback anonymously—no logging in or signing up required—making collaboration smoother and speeding up approvals with your teams and clients.

2. Adding the AMP carousel block to the new editor

Right now, adding an AMP carousel means switching back to the old editor. But starting next month, you’ll be able to design AMP carousels directly within the new editor, making it easier than ever to create interactive emails.
