Stripo Release Notes

Friday always brings nice anticipation of the weekend. And you know what else is nice on Friday? Our new release, with these features:

• improved the AMP content support in email messages/templates.
• added an icon for display conditions on elements in the email messages/templates.

We made sure these bugs don’t ruin your weekend mood:

• Styles are not applied to lists when they are selected in the “Text” block.
• When setting a color for the last list item in the “Text” block, the next item doesn’t begin by order.
• No block shadow is displayed.
• The Button’s VML code isn’t displayed in the old editor for “Outlook support”.
• The container is moved in the structure when a border added.
• The background image is duplicated to the entire block width when the “Full width” control in the “Image” block is disabled.
• The link is stored in the tag after disabling it in the “Text” block.
• There is no ability to drag-n-drop a stripe if the focus is on a block.

New Editor release brings some new functionality content:

• added a full-width background of an email message/template to the editor;
• improved the Line Height control when working with lists in the “Text” block.

Here you go, freshly fixed issues:

• Fixed the increased icons for emoticons in the “Message Settings” controls.
• The entire text paragraph is coloured over when the background color of the text is changed.
• When inspecting the elements of the message and closing the code editor, the inspection doesn’t get disabled.
• Console errors when opening the editor.
• Once a list style of the text paragraph is selected, it cannot be changed back to plain text.
• When editing the main image in the “Pixie” editor, the rollover image is being edited as well.
• The entered values are restored in an “Anchor link” control.
• The input field corners of the “Display Conditions” menu are misplaced.
• The email message/template is cut off during test sending to the “Outlook” email service provider.
• The link for the text block is not added if you select all the text in the “Text” block.

Check your time, since it’s new-release o’clock. We’ve made the following changes:

• implemented the ability to add the name of the spreadsheet to the created JSON file in the “Data Sources” menu;
• improved the work with “Outlook” email responsiveness. Now, the “Outlook support” control for buttons will be automatically enabled when creating new emails.

And these bugs will not waste your time anymore:

• When reopening the email message/template, the Pinterest-type link in the settings panel becomes editable.
• The merge-tag is cut out from the image link when exporting to the “HTML”.
• Multi-action functionality is not active for premium templates on the “FREE” pricing plan.
• Account names for the “Pega” email service provider are not displayed.

Please check today’s bug fixes, while we’re heating up a next-gen editor functionality:

• Image size breaks down when using the Margins control in container/structure/stripe.
• The container’s background color is not displayed correctly.
• The functionality of moving icons in the “Social” block is broken.
• Spaces between text disappear when opening an old email message/template in a new editor.
• The container’s background image that was added in the old editor is not displayed in the new editor.
• The text’s background color does not change.
• The buttons’ color created in the old editor is not the same i the new editor.

Made a big slice of tasty features in today’s release! Take a look:

• implemented the ability to install “shortcuts” in the “Video” block. Now you can also add the link to the “shortcut” video from Youtube;
• updated links in export pop-ups for “Amazon SES” and “Amazon Pintpoint” email service providers;
• added icons to template previews of “AWeber” and “ExpertSender” email service providers;
• added new template categories for the “Season” section: “International Coffee Day”; for the “Type” section: “Delivery”, “Personal Note”, “Annual Review”, “Announcement”, “Product Launch Announcement”, “Terms of Service”;
• improved the export navigation to the “AMPHTML”;
• added a control “Display Sender’s Name” for multiple export to the “PDF” file.

The recipe also included no bugs, especially:

• Custom merge-tags are being removed character by character.
• Custom merge-tags with a filled background cannot be deleted.
• The value of the custom merge-tag with a filled background is not displayed on the preview.
• Payment card data is not updated in the “Billing” menu.

Gloomy weather doesn’t equal a bad mood, especially when the Stripo release is out! Here, we:

• updated General Settings for the Mobile version of an email message/template by removing the option to change its width.

Bugs have to go! No more:

• The way social network icons display is broken when switching between the current and the new editor.
• Responsive styles disappear in the “Button” block when it is being edited.
• The image size alters when the Margin values are changed.

Breaking in the pumpkin-spice latte and orange leaves season with the new release where we:

• improved the billing notification system for extra services.

And didn’t forget to fix these issues:

• A merge tag with a filled background gets automatically removed upon a click on the “close” area.
• The text sticks together in the preview mode if the text includes bold and underlined styles.
• The merge tags can be removed only one character at a time.
• The premium template icon does not get saved when you’re saving the template as a new one.
• An incorrect endpoint appears when exporting email messages/templates to the “Blueshift” email service provider.

Fixed these bugs today to make you guys happy:

• User images can’t load in the “Socials” block.
• Link selection is reset.
• Transparent text background color can’t be set.

Have a hard time creating emails? Don’t worry, the new Stripo release comes in handy. Today we have:

• added a new export option of email messages/templates to the “Blueshift” email service provider;
• added a new export option of email messages/templates to the “Zoho Mail” email service provider;
• a new option to upload files in .xlsx format for Vendor Translate in the editor;
• added the option to shorten links using the Bit.ly service with its limits. Activate the function in the project settings to shorten links in the editor;
• removed the need to fill out a survey during the registration. Now, a sign up has become even faster and easier.
• added the function to open Brand Guidelines with custom domain on the preview.

No more headaches with these bugs:

• An email message/template cannot be exported to the “Gmail” email service provider if the name contains only hieroglyphs.
• When the code of the entire email message/template is displayed, the configs of the elements are displayed.
• The rounding of a container with a background color doesn’t work for “IOS”  in “Gmail App” email service provider;
• The display conditions’ code changes when editing an email message/template through the code editor.
• The size of the Rollover image doesn’t change when moving the image to a larger container.
• Bottom space values are duplicated for stripes with the “Content” type when “Paragraph bottom space” is disabled for stripes with “Info Area” type in the editor.
• The styles of the custom merge-tag donєt disappear after removing it from the email message/template.
• Images are not displayed on the email message/template preview if “AWS S3 bucket” storage is selected.

We have a special package for our beloved users with new release notes. In this one we’ve added:

• expanded the list of social networks in the project settings.

Besides, these bugs were sorted out before sending your package:

• Images are not displayed when an email message/template is exported as a “PDF” file.
• Images are not displayed when an email message/template is exported in the “Images” format.
• The mouse cursor appears as a “pointer” when you’re hovering over a transparent color for blocks there where the color cannot be selected.
• The white one is displayed in the recently-used colors for a transparent color.
• The state of the updated synchronized module does not change if it contains merge tags.

New release notes are just on point. What we have here is:

• an updated “Text” block. Now you can interact with text styles from the settings panel without a floating panel.

Do you see the bugs? Neither do we! Today we got rid of:

• Custom fonts added via the project settings are not displayed.
• Editing the text style changes the style of the bulleted/numbered list.
• An empty custom menu for merge tags/special links is displayed even if they are not specified in the project settings.
• Incorrect behavior of button colors when switching between current and new editors.
• Export to the “Outlook App” doesn’t work.

Houston, we have a great news! Stripo release notes are now live:

• added a new export option of email messages/templates to the “Pega” email service provider;
• added a new export option of email messages/templates to the “Omnisend” email service provider;
• added visual improvements to the subscription payment page;
• added option to select HTML/AMPHTML version of the email message/template when exporting to the “PDF” file;
• implemented an automatic applying of the default language that was selected in the Project settings> Localization to the email message/template.

Houston, confirming new list of eliminated bugs. Check it out:

• The border value in the “Button” block disappears when the value is changed with the mouse cursor.
• The “Outlook Support” control gets deactivated after changing the button’s rounding and selecting the “Appearance” menu.
• The input fields are no longer active when the export option is called from the code editor.
• The refund button is displayed as inactive if the transaction has not been canceled.

Come on! It’s a release time! Work easily with the fixes of:

• The elements’ titles of the email message flash when they are hovered over.
• When copying text in a “Text” block, the editing cursor appears at the end of a line.
• The size of the banner resets when the message width is changed.

  Guess what we have? New release highlights! You better check:

• new template categories like “Newsletters”, “Creative”, and “Coupon” in the “Type” section;
• an updated information about exceeding the limits for invited users for whom there is no access to manage the “Billing” menu.

No mercy for bugs. Today we fixed:

• The counter of email messages/templates inside the folder is not displayed after moving the folder in expanded form.
• The height of the “Text” block gets broken when using a fixed height.
• Japan is missing in the billing information in the “Billing” menu.
