New safety features, n8n integration, live preview for team comments (no login needed!), and more — all shipped this April. Let’s dive in!
1. New. Two-factor authentication for invited users
Security just got stronger.
From day one, editor speed and data safety have been top priorities for us — and they still are. That’s why we’re now adding another layer of protection for your team.
You can now require two-factor authentication for anyone on your project or group — whether you’re inviting them now or they’re already onboard. Just toggle the option in settings — and done!

One small step for setup, one big step for your peace of mind.
2. New. Live collaboration preview and anonymous commenting for easier review of your emails
Here comes a big one — Live collaboration preview.
Now it’s way easier to review emails with your teammates and get quick approvals from clients.
If you want others to see your email updates in real time, just enable Live collaboration preview in the Share menu. You’ll get a public link where changes appear as you make them — super helpful when you're working together on final tweaks or reviewing changes live.
Want them to leave feedback too? Just turn on the Anonymous commenting option. That way, anyone — even without a Stripo account — can add comments right there in the preview.

Turn one or both options on, depending on what kind of collaboration you need.
These work only in the new editor — so make sure you’ve switched over to enjoy all the cool new features!
You can now:
- see changes to emails/templates in real time;
- leave different comments for desktop, mobile, AMP, and traditional HTML versions;
- reply to comments, just like in Google Docs;
- click a comment to jump right to the spot it refers to.

Coming soon: You’ll also be able to allow commenting only for registered users — perfect for keeping feedback within your team.
Got thoughts or feedback? We’d love to hear them! Just drop us a line at contact@stripo.email.
3. New. Custom brand palettes for projects and groups
Your brand colors, ready at a click.
Using the right color for your emails — even when you know the hex code — can be frustrating. You scroll, you search one in the extensive color palette. Not fun, especially when you're trying to stay on-brand.
Now there’s a much easier way. With the Brand palette option, you can set custom colors for each project or group.

Once saved, your brand colors will appear right at the top of the palette in the new editor — always ready when you need them.

For extra convenience, we also show the name of each color upon hover — like Button, Background, etc.
This works only in the new editor — so make sure you’ve switched over to enjoy all the cool new features!
4. New. TikTok videos supported now
Videos in emails are a great way to say hi, show social proof, or simply add a little fun. That’s why we keep making them easier to work with!
You probably remember how it works with YouTube and Vimeo — just paste a link into the editor, and we’ll automatically pull in the video, add the alt text, show the play button (with style options to choose from), and grab the thumbnail for you. No extra steps needed. Want a custom thumbnail instead of the auto-generated one? Just toggle the option and upload your image — easy.
And now we’ve added the same support for TikTok. 🎉
Just drop your TikTok link into the email — and that’s it.

Oh, and don’t forget: you can optimize your video’s alt text with AI too. 😉
5. New. Integration with n8n connector
Good news for all workflow automation fans — we’ve added a new export option for n8n! 🎉
If you’re using n8n to automate things behind the scenes, you can now send your emails straight from Stripo to n8n in just a few clicks.

You’ll find the export option in the Applications tab.
6. New. AMP accordion block in the new editor
Yep, it’s finally here — the AMP accordion block has landed in the new editor!
No coding, no hassle — just drag it in and let your readers expand and collapse sections right inside the email.

Perfect for FAQs, product details, or anything you want to keep tidy and clickable.
Plans for the near future
Usually, I share our plans month by month, but this time I just couldn’t wait — some of the upcoming features are too exciting not to tell you now. Hope you’ll love them as much as we do!
1. AMP form in the new editor
Soon, you’ll be able to add interactive forms to your emails without any code — collect feedback or anything you need, right inside the inbox.
2. Plugin extensions
This one’s for all our plugin users: you’ll soon be able to create custom blocks with your own editing logic. Full control, tailored to your exact needs.
3. Element lock in modules
Starting June, you’ll be able to lock parts of a module — like its design or content — so nobody can accidentally break the logic, layout, or touch something they shouldn’t.
Perfect for teams, perfect for when designers or devs help build your modules. You can still edit the rest — but locked elements stay exactly as they are.
4. RSS in modules: Newsletters, digests, real-time updates — all made easier
Soon, you’ll be able to connect RSS feeds directly to your modules, so email content updates automatically. Perfect for blog updates, product feeds, welcome emails, or anything else that changes often. A small feature with big time-saving power.
5. Dark mode in the editor
Coming this summer (expected July), the new editor will get dark mode. 🌙
You’ll be able to preview — and even build — emails in both light and dark modes. There’ll be a handy switcher, just like the one for mobile and desktop views.
This way, when you reach the email creation step, you’ll already know how your design looks on devices with dark mode turned on — helping you send emails that shine in any setting.
Wrapping up
That’s it for now.
As always, thanks for being part of our journey. If you have thoughts, questions, or just wanna say hi, drop us a line at contact@stripo.email. We’re always happy to hear from you.
See you next month!
