How to design an email signature with Stripo
Email signature for personal correspondence is one of the most crucial elements. It says a lot to recipients about you, from your contact information, like phone number and email address, to your attitude to work and respect for the rules of business email etiquette.

We’ve been enabling you to build effective footers, aka newsletter signatures, for your marketing and trigger emails for years. Some time ago, we showed you how to manually build powerful email signatures for Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
Today, we are introducing you to our email signature generator.
As of today, you can design flawless signatures for your personal and business correspondence with just a few clicks.
How does the Stripo Email Signature Generator work?
Designing an email signature has never been easier and takes just a few steps.
Step 1. Choose the right signature template
Currently, we offer several ready-made email signature templates.
You choose the one that meets your tastes and needs.
Simply click the layout you like on the Templates tab — the chosen one gets marked with a checkmark, and the preview on the right updates instantly. I chose the one with the photo on the left.

Step 2. Сreate your signature
On the General tab, you can import your data straight from LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google, or simply enter your personal information yourself: full name, job title, company, and a photo URL.
Then you add your contact information, like your email address, website and phone number.

Important to note: you can remove any field you don't need, like a second phone number, simply by clicking the trash icon next to it.
And the last thing you do is work on your signature design on the Appearance tab: you set colors, the style of the social media icons, font, photo's size and corner radius, and the layout alignment.

Bonus: add extra widgets to your signature
On the Widgets tab, you can enrich your signature with extra blocks: a custom button (for example, "Make a Payment"), a quote, an image, or custom text.

Step 3. Adding the signature to your email client
When you finish working on your email signature and click Create Signature, a window pops up with two options: save it as a separate template in the Stripo editor or get your signature by email — just enter your email address and click Send signature.

A few moments later, you'll receive an email with a Download your signature button, plus a step-by-step guide on how to add the signature to Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and Apple Mail.
On our blog, we’ve previously shared detailed instructions on how to add a signature to Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
