Fix image bug for "Video" and "Banner" blocks, synchronized modules compilation method and more

• An error occurred when loading an image from an external link for the "Video" block and the "Banner" block.
• Fixed the compilation method of synchronized modules.
• Removed sending a request if the timer is turned off (timers open token).
