Frequently asked questions
Step 1: Fill out the template order form
Enter your contact information and your specs regarding the template. Attach the files that you want to be the basis for a new design, brand book, Figma files, links to Google, Adobe, or custom fonts, etc.
Step 2: Wait for the invoice
Once you have filled out the form, our team will familiarize themselves with the order details and ask you some clarifying questions if needed. After approval, we’ll generate and email the invoice within one-two business days.
You can pay with PayPal or a debit Visa/Master Card. You can also pay the invoice by transferring the money to our Bank of the USA account.
Step 3: Template production and delivery
Once you have paid the invoice, our designers will start working on your template. The terms of the template production will not extend the terms agreed in the order form. Once the order is completed, you will receive it via any of the two ways:
- We’ll deliver the template to your Stripo account. In this case, we’ll configure the Smart Elements for all the modules, and we’ll add the modules right to your Library of Modules.
- We’ll email you the template to the email address specified in the order form.
There are two ways we can deliver the template:
- place it in your Stripo account. In this case, along with the templates, the custom modules, including the Smart Elements, will be added to your Library of Modules;
- send it as a ZIP- and HTML file to the email address specified in the order form.
Depending on the complexity, building your template can take up to 7 business days days after the invoice is processed. We can complete and deliver your order faster for an additional fee — just toggle that option in the order form, and the cost will be included in your invoice.
Note that the AMP functionality implementation lead time is subject to additional discussion.
The invoice, formed and sent to your email address, can be paid with any convenient method: PayPal account or a debit Visa/Master Card. You can also pay the invoice by transferring the money to our account at the Bank of the USA — please, specify the preferred payment method in the Campaign brief field.

The responsive email design we use in the Stripo editor is based on @media. Consequently, all the templates will be fully responsive across all devices and email clients supporting @media. We will also test your emails with Email on Acid to see how your templates render in most common email clients. We will provide you with the link to these tests along with the template.
In the Stripo editor, we use all email-safe fonts to be aligned with the best email marketing practices. In case we use custom fonts taken from your design that are not from the email safe fonts list, we cannot guarantee that your fonts will be displayed correctly in all email clients.
However, you can provide us with a link to the custom font from your website, or we can use Google or Adobe fonts.
No problem. Just paste the link to your website in the form, and we will create a template and all the basic modules according to your website style. If you don't have a website, just give us some references as to what emails you like.
